As Vice President and Managing Director, Norm holds a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Leadership, an STI Designation and an Accredited Mortgage Professional designation and a diploma in Financial Planning.

Norm has over 20 years of supervisory and Senior Managerial experience with numerous financial institutions including Household Finance and Trust.

Peter Pasula is a Sales Professional with over 35 years experience. He has held a BCFSA mortgage license since 2005, completed the IFSE Exempt Market Dealer course (EMP) and licensed to sell Exempt market securities. A serial entrepreneur, Peter has formed, owned and managed multiple companies and small businesses.

When not helping clients obtain mortgages, or providing sound investment advice Peter can be found golfing, curling, playing hockey or paddle boarding the multiple Lower Mainland lakes and rivers with his wife Celina. Together they have 2 boys that are both seeking University degrees.

Amir brings value to his clients by taking the time to understand clients' financial goals and offers personalized investment products unavailable through traditional financial institutions which generate attractive returns with managed risks. Amir is a member of the American Association of Private Lenders as well as the RCMP Veterans Police Association.

Outside of work, Amir enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and two children embracing outdoor activities and regularly hikes the local trails.
